Flamingtorpedo

Description
A powerful fast paced fighter, with high mobility. A lot of his moves inflict the fire effect, and/or have high mobility for combos. If you fully charge his FStrong, it will unleash a powerful projectile.

There are two versions of this character, both made by me. This one and an older, less quality, and way more OP version. This one is the one that i'm far more proud of.

This is one of the sef-insert's that looks pretty effortful, i think u better improve it somehow tho.

I can't tell if this is polished or not, I think just adding to and making some attacks especially specials look less generic could do alot of good, for instance using fire effects and making his fire beam like a meteor or a dragon head, atm it's a solid rectangle but as a base this looks fun to play
