Military Headquarters

Description
This mod adds the Military Headquarters to the game. It gives +30 XP to all units built in the city that has the Military Headquarters as well as a Great General near that city. Only 1 allowed per civilization.
Also updates the Pentagon to give a free Military Headquarters instead of a Military Academy in every city (more realistic).
The Military Headquarters is a component of Modern Military Buildings 1.

Should work with any DLC.
