TropiTrain Park with Empty Habitats (starter zoo)

Description
Featuring 3 train rides and a variety of tropical, endangered species. I have two versions of this start-up zoo – the other version has all the habitats populated with breeding animals. This version has the habitats ready to go, but no animals have been placed in them yet (though the two iguana and frog exhibits are already populated – complete with talking points scheduled to go). The habitats are designed for Lowland Gorillas, Giant Pandas, Bengal Tigers, Saltwater Crocodiles and Gharials (guests can view underwater for these habitats). The train rides circle the three biggest habitats and are very popular with the guests. Features:

* Base game content only – no DLC or other workshop items.

* It’s a sandbox game, so the zoo is taking a huge loss of profit, but when run, it has very happy guests, staff and animals.

*Starts in the first year, with 0 guests.

* Starts with each train already tested and ready to operate. They’ve been custom named and colored. (“Panda Train”, etc..)

* Plenty of staff hired, and work zones already created. I’ve learned to create a separate work zone for each talking point. Don’t forget to add talking points when you fill your habitats! You can easily swap out a few enrichment items to change the habitats for other species.

* I’ve set all the facilities and things that require maintenance to have a mechanic visit every 3 months. This cuts down on micromanagement of things breaking down.

* I’ve set all the prices: Most food and gift shop items got reduced and I increased the amounts for adoptions. Train tickets are ridiculously cheap, because they’re short rides and cheap tickets makes guests happy!

* I tried to hide all the staff buildings with lots of trees but the guests still complain about seeing them. Oh well! They seem happy otherwise, so I just ignore their fussy inability to avert their gazes from the staff zones. Have fun! (And maybe check out my other version of this park, which has happily breeding animals and over 1500 guests, just one year after opening.
