Description
Long range exploration hydroplane ‘Petrel’

Designed in combination with the renowned Brown star shipyards, the Petrel marks the first successful hydroplane to be developed by Bearstool engineering. It may not be the fastest fly but she is easy to handle and with the range to take you anywhere you want.

To start
Enter the cockpit and turn the key underneath the compass
Recommend using 0.5 throttle to taxi
Go full throttle and keep pulling back on the stick until she's airborne - she may hop out of the water first, keep pulling back until she’s well clear

To be fair this creation is way underrated. True, the takeoffs and landings may be a bit rough, but the range and durability of this thing is unheard of. By far the best arctic exploration rp aircraft. It would be nice if it could have a water propeller so it can move to the dock after landing and maybe landing gear or skis so it can land on smooth terrain

This rust bucket flew me from my base near the bottom of the map, all the way to the arctic airfield.
