Description
Uprising 202-

Waking up, enveloped in darkness you find yourself in the depths of a mine; How long have you been out? You aren't sure. One thing is for certain, you must the hell out of here.

Happy New Year! And what a kick-off to 2021, a rare occurrence a Rotten Map, released! At least I didn't wait 2 and a half years this time. This map isn't really anything too special compared to the last one, in fact the development of Rotten Mines was quite a pain it was almost like it was cursed, but alas it has released and currently I am proud of the result and I hope you are too!

Recommended Settings:
Check the ''No Weapons'' option below the ''Singleplayer'' tab -before- starting the map so the rewards actually mean something.
Don't spawn in anything - This is obviously accepted for weapons if you have unfortunately died in the map. Or if you want to have fun.
Don't use Noclip unless stuck. - Why would you noclip through an objective map?
Singleplayer works better with the Scripted Events, since apparently some of the Zombies spas out for the other players during Multiplayer, and seem normal to the host.

Requirements
Half Life 2: Episode 1 and 2.
Counter-Strike (For like 1 part of the ending, its fine if you don't have it)

Known Issues
Multiplayer is very shiny for some reason, simply just go to your console and type in "mat_specular 0" and it will fix the shiny ♥♥♥♥, this is the first map I did in HDR so I'm experimenting.

Incompatibilities
None so far.

I'm one of the SMG4 wiki admin and I like to document and credit gmod maps on episodes page. I sometimes goes to said map page and leave a nice comment so that at least the mapmakers feels that their work is appreciated and used by the community.

This map was used in the video "SMG4: Let’s Go Visit Peach!" Despite having alot of prop, some areas such as the crates are recognizable.

That's why I'm asking you if you can do it. It supports it as long as everything is in the bsp.

Yeah, it needs EP1 and EP2 (as listed in description) since it was made with GMods game-mounting in mind. Don't believe HL2DM supports EP1 and EP2 outside of pre-packed textures in the .bsp.

Very nice, I would have liked to play it on my hl2 coop server. Unfortunately some textures are missing.

9/10. Amazing experience. I used the NVG from the underhell mod, so I didn't have to deal with the darkness. I also noclipped through the platforming segment.

Although this map had some serious flaws, it was overall GREAT, I can wait to see the sequel.
