Bone Dragons

Description
This is a simple dragon mod that Offers some Diversity with dragons. at any level you can sometimes encounter Skeletal dragons with different AI, Spell and loot systems 9 have been placed randomly and others will spawn randomly as Dragons or outdoor necromancers. I have also placed a few (not out of the 9) at fort greymoor.

Bugs: May increase the spawn rate of legendery dragons.For better or worse. may not spawn with tattered skin on wings.

DLC: None required

They all spawned near the Whiterun... Like 7 of them.

i don't know if this was intended.. but there were 7 of them in the same place! they were destroying the local habitat and i had to put them down. hardest fight ever.

There were 8 of them nearby, I was level 9... Yeah, not good. Sadly, this mod must go off for now.

Is there any way somebody can make a "always-spawns at half health" injured dragon, that has a voice line in the dragon language that says "Now I must die." Or something along the lines? I need more injuries to the feels.
