SergJack's road arrows

A set of road and highway arrows that I have made for myself, but several of you have requested me to put them on the workshop, so here you go.

You can plop them manually and/or use a mod like Prop Switcher to replace the vanilla arrows with these in you entire city.

This pack includes:

- Road arrows for all variants except for the one pointing in all directions, as I find that one unnecessary.
- Highway arrows for merging, splitting and going straight on. (currently RHD only - use PO for LHD)
