(CV CPU Tier 4, Class 7, Unlock Level 25, Reforged Eden)

The Trebuchet-Heavy Assault Cruiser is a Reforged Eden only ship as it comes stock. Designed to work in the limitations of Reforged Eden but also planing on increased CPU with in game upgrades to bring the ship to it's full potential.

Originally designed to hold many artillery launchers and turrets, these items were omitted from the default release and would require crew/quantum cores to be added before they can be placed. The ship also has a few other unique features and possible upgrades.

Combat features

The hull is made with combat armor and is very thick in places designed for combat facing the enemy. The nose of the ship is very battle hardened and has a lower bulkhead room to either fill with xeno blocks or add a decoy turret. It also has an extra thick general hull but is weaker towards the back/top of the ship. It comes stock with quite a few turrets but has additional locations to add many more including 5 artillery turrets, 6 artillery launchers, 15 more 3x3 turrets, 4 additional large thrusters, additional generators, and a repair bay. All of this can be done by aquiring quantum cores. It has locations to add 6 or more of these to allow all of what is listed to be placed in addition to the stock weaponry. Another feature is providing internal access to most all thrusters on the ship for repair or placing additional thrusters. This ship has many o2 zones and a lot of separation was done to keep air flowing in most other areas of the ship if there is a hull breach in battle.

Stock features

It comes with 10 rocket turrets, 7 flak turrets, and 10 cannon turrets, 3x320K storage, 2 of which are set on ammo controllers. It also has a 72 grow plot farm area, however the grow plots are not included. Other features include 2 adv constructors, 3 cooking stations and 3 fridges, o2 and station, 4 storage boxes, armor repair, full med bay, 1st person and 3rd person secure bridge, crew quarters, and a large multi room engineering area. Notes: This was built and now being used in Reforged Eden game play. When in difficult combat situations it is best controlled keeping the nose of the ship facing the enemy allowing for most hits to be taken on the nose of the ship. Several changes were made from the first version to now the released version. 6-7 Quantum cores (maybe some crew) would be needed to fully upgrade the ship with everything possible. Much had to be tamed down in order to release the ship without quantum cores. The stock warp drive is not the advanced version only allowing 30 light year jumps however you can upgrade it to an advanced warp core allowing for 60 light year jumps.
