Description
Padoru Nero, a meme version of Nero Claudius from Type-Moon. Images of Padoru Nero are done by ManaAlchemist. All rights belong to Type-Moon.

Leader: Padoru Nero

Leader Ability: Presents from Santa

Padoru cities never incur war weariness. All founded cities start with a free building in the City Center.

Civilization Ability: Padoru Takeover

Melee and anti-cavalry units attacks do full damage to the city walls. Gain an additional Wildcard policy slot in all Governments.

Unique District: Nero Festival (Replaces Holy Site)

Half Production cost.
+2 Great Prophet points per turn.
+1 Great General, Great Writer, Great Artist and Great Musician point per turn.

Unique Unit: Padoru (Replaces Swordsman, appears as recolored legions)

3 base movement.
+10 Combat Strength if there is at least one adjacent Padoru unit. (works like the Hoplite ability).
+100 Combat Strength when fighting on Tundra or Snow tiles.
