Description

I genuinely have nothing funny or quirky to write here

This is just a roleplay set for people who make event buildsets, but it can be used by really anyone. I originally had the idea working for a CWRP community, but it never got approved. This pack contains 10 props that can be mixed and matched to make a fully functional warehouse area. The interior is pretty barren, so you'll have to spruce it up yourself. This is just a simple exterior pack.

Feel free to use this for your screenshots/gameplay, I really could care less. Please do not rip my content and repost it.

(Make sure you have mat_specular set to 1 in order to see the reflectivity.)

These modular sets you're making are absolutely fantastic, I genuinely hope your exploits on garry's mod bring you somewhere that fulfills your desires to create content like this and actually benefit from it. I for one intend to put your assets to as good a use as possible in this .exe soon enough. Thank you for such great, useful material!

You take commissions? I've got ideas for sci-fi props I was working on and I wouldn't mind some help. Right now it's just simpler modular stuff like catwalks and pipes but I might need help with some more complex props. Namely a couple of switches, a security camera and maybe some futuristic doors.
