Faction Craft - Neter's Edge

Description
The vector is a large and high cost destroyer armed relatively lightly for balance. The vector isn't ment to be countered by any specific type of craft, it's mostly ment to be a craft that forces you to take some damage with it's weaker weapon systems. It's armed with 3 simple railguns, a frontal AA/CIWS several anti missile launcher turrets, 4 large thumper missiles and 10 large torpedoes. The railguns have been toned down and the rounds were simplified in order to make this craft sit (hopefully) around the hard difficulty of crafts. The craft boasts a solid speed and decent resource consumption and also includes somewhat exposed detection equipment and some neccesary processing cards in an open space to further weaken it (especially to weaken the thumper missiles).

I hope you enjoy this craft as I did the most extensive combat testiong on it to make sure it was fun to fight and not annoying. With that said, if anyone has any critique for any of the ships in my faction or comments on how they are to fight against/balancing stuff, please comment as I'm going back through most of the ships to check all the systems soon.

I usually like to use HEAT as a weakness as it really counters some ships and is completely neglected by others. The next ship being posted runs massive heat torpedoes which blow upwards from below. I may end up swapping some slope layers on some ships out in order to counter HEAT before the campaign though.

Fantastic ship! Finally something that gave me a challenge. Missile defense is very good, main guns are very good, primary missile battery is tough to counter. One weakness i could find. HEAT
