I've tried adding maps that way, but it makes the item turn white and I can't seem to get it back.

Ooh, gotchya! Have you tried applying them to your material via the inspector pane? There's a square next to "Normal Map" that you can drag it into. Or are you just not noticing a change when you do that?

Thanks, I was just curious. I've been making my own, but am not sure how to get Unity to recognize the specular or normal maps.

Hi K_O, these are models I've gotten off of things like CGtrader or the unity asset store that I've adjusted to work in House Flipper. If you want source links just let me know, I save them all under the author name so I can find the original listings.
