AH-1G Attack Helicopter

Description
A slightly a-historical AH-1G attack helicopter that I made as part of my "1-Day Build" personal project series. Features 8 flare rockets (sadly not with the velocity cranked up for glitch reasons) and a rotating turret. Vehicle is nothing super crazy, just wanted a fun little helicopter to zoom around in.


Features:
  • Dual axis rotating turret.
  • 8 Flare rockets.
  • Excellent maneuverability.
  • Optional No-Stabilizer mode for increased flight performance.
  • Inter-Crew intercom system.

Notes:
  • Although the original AH-1G (I don't think) had any turret optics, I threw in a small camera just so you knew where it was pointing.

  • It takes a good minute or two to spool the engine. I recommend slamming the collective into the floor to help it spool up.

  • Be sure not to leave it sitting for too long with the circuit breaker on. There's a good deal of parasitic draw and you're likely to kill your battery.
