[Star Citizen] Drake Dragonfly - survival friendly

Description
This is a survival-ready refit of Purrfect's Drake Dragonfly replica from Star Citizen. While that is a beautiful piece of work, and is much closer to the original[robertsspaceindustries.com] than mine, it is not suitable for survival gameplay.

I always wanted to use this ship as my short range transport vehicle. I tried to modify it, but it either didn't work, or was just plain ugly. However, with the recent addition of small H2 tanks, I decided to revisit this project and give it another go. And it worked! Also, I made it a two-seater, and sculpted it a bit to my personal taste.

It is still not efficient though. It has about 4 minutes of H2 burn time, for a total of 3688m/s of Δv. (Given you don't fire thrusters in multiple direction at once) You will have to manage your Hydrogen carefully and take advantage of the atmospheric thrusters. But still, if you got the skills to fly it and the infrastructure to support it, it will serve you well for traveling between ships, visiting your neighbor or scouting around. A rich man's mount for zooming in and/or out of the atmosphere. (Can leave the planetary gravity well with 50% fuel)

Datasheet:
  • Dimensions: 10,5m (L) x 4,5m (W) x 3m (H)

  • Propulsion: H2 thrusters, atmospheric hover engines
  • Acceleration: 16m/s2 (H2)
  • Power output: 4,5MW

@Purrfect-Blinky Glad you like it! The small H2 tank and the Hydrogen rebalance is a bless for small vehicles. Besides that, I tried to keep the defining features of your design. It did end up a bit thiccer tho :)
