Draconis Full Dragons Reskin Without Wings

Description

This is a very simple edit of the Draconis Reskin that removes the wings from the arms.
Had a friend make this for me since I hated how the arms looked in general. I thought maybe there are people out there like me who are picky about how they look, so I'm uploading it.
