CM 800 Jupiter [Type: Flak/'EMP' Sniper Rifle]

'Not exactly the most subtle sniper rifle, the Jupiter is designed not for stealthy removal of a key target, but the high profile frying of the target and any adjacent bodyguards. True CM showboat style.'

Variable Tech has recently acquired the blueprints for this rifle through an interdimensional trade agreement but stumbled on difficulties recreating the weapon due to the lack of a key natural material used in the original design. As a work around for this, the rifle was heavily modified to function in the Relic universe.

Author's Note:
Yeah, I know it's weird that it's not beam-type unlike in the original game, but I think the best feature of this particular rifle there was it's capability to do area of effect damage which I tried to mimic as best possible.
Maybe I'll change it up someday when custom projectiles are finally possible...

Honestly, I think I'm starting to overuse the "flak" projectile already, so do note that this is highly likely to change soon™.
