Corner-Only Threat Brackets

Description
Note 2017 Jun: Coming back to the game after three years, I find that better than this functionality is already available in the base game, so I don't have any real reason to update this :|.

Changes the threat brackets in shockbolt so they're only the upper left corner and don't hide the healthbars.
