submod for https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2211835588 wich lets you play with mixus unlocker, otherwise if you dont use this mod you wont be able to build stuff in some provinces

@jacek.stasiak Updated, tested with mixus new chaos LLs and worked fine was able to occupy/build you can build on norsca now

I have this same issue in almost all norscan settlements - I can only build anti-skaven building. And destroying and decolonising settlement doesn't fix the issue.

Playing as 1 of the Mixu Chaos Lords and from what I can tell if you Occupy/Sack then Occupy you only get the skaven discovery building as an option, but if you Raze the settlement then Occupy it on the following turn you have all the buildings available to you. Don't really mind this though as the money you get from Razing can help your horde/settlement.

Doesn't seem to work, at least on the Mixus lords, for me the only thing i can build is city patrols which help discover skaven burrows, but i can not build or have even an option to build anything else.
