Gives a badge that allows you to distort the voice of whoever you're talking to.

I might've messed something up with the mods configs, so if the mod doesn't seem to work, open the Configure menu on the mod and make sure the Strength option is set to "0.15 (Def)".

Also, when toggling the mod on/off, prease use the Toggle option in the Configure menu instead of the default option the game provides, because the game might crash otherwise.

(People who downloaded the mod before the badge update might have to toggle the mod off and on again to get the badge)
