He encontrado una posible soluciión, en SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg abre autoexec.cfg con bloc de notas y le añades ai_norebuildgraph 1, luego guardas el bloc de notas y en teoria deberia de funcionar
