REPUBLICATED WITH THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR.

I managed to recover this world and modernized the ships, minus three fighters I left as the author created.
There seems to be a doubt as to whether transporters fly in atmosphere, do not fly, but can be adapted for that.
