New Videos! (July 2014) - Story: At first I said to a friend: "let's build a halo ring" - I was joking and he laughed. Later I searched for a ring in the workshop - found nothing but 2 installations that where all grey and one part, so I decided to do what i was joking about a day ago.

AND HERE IT IS!

Ever wanted to take a walk on a Halo Ring?
You can do that now!
But don't break your neck when you want to see all the way up!
I know it's not about scale but just the feeling of being in a ring,
looking into the sky and seeing the other side while going WOAH


The ring consists of 38

hinge(->motor)-connected,
150m long and 21 blocks wide plates
with 1 gravity generator each.

It's radius is ~ 910m.

150m x 38 makes a 5.7km long (but infinite!) walkable floor !
