Do you miss original Isaac's menu? This is a recreation of a good old menu from Flash era with some tweaks to fit Afterbirth+

This mod is not Lua dependent and only provides visual replacement, all controls are the same

I'm not sure why everyone else is saying that it doesn't work for Repentance because it's working for me (it might be because of an Isaac update that happened between today and the date of the last comment?)
