Rivia - The Witcher

Roleplay as your favorite kingdom or duchy from Andrzej Sapkowski's The Witcher series! Inspired by my love of the books and games, I have made these banners for everyone to share. All banners were created using images from The Witcher Wiki, with minor artistic additions to the heraldic backgrounds for variation.

Lyria and Rivia are the two kingdoms which make up Dol Angra. They have had a love-hate relationship which each other, often either at war or in personal union. Queen Meve, an influential leader and great strategist in battle, ruled over both during the Witcher video game series. Geralt of Rivia was officially knighted by Queen Meve after the battle with Nilfgaard over the Yaruga.

Lyria's coat of arms is, in common terms, the black eagle on yellow background. Rivia's is the red rhombus (or lozenge) on the white background.

I considered adding red horizontal stripes (or fesses) on the bottom of the banner, but I didn't think it added much. I'd be happy to upload that one if requested.
