My attempt at a comfortable and natural feeling setup for oblivion.

Right Stick : Mouse movement

Left Stick : Movement

LTrigger : Block

RTrigger : Attack

RBumper : Cast

LBumber : Run

Rclick : stealth

Lclick : wait

A : Activate/Use

B : Open Journal

X : Sheath/Draw weapon

Y : Jump

Start : Auto-run

Back : Open Menu/pause

Guide : Hold for freelook

D-pad : Arrow keys for use in inventory

Note : Don't forget to disable controller/joystick support in the games ini file.
