If you do not do this and run it alongside Iguana's mods, the conflicting harmony files will cause Iguana's mod to not run properly and repeatedly reset your agency pop back to zero.
Doing this will allow both mods to run properly.
I saw this crap when as a result of the event 50 people were added instead of 40-50 thousand. I looked at the city and there the population decreased to 5k people. After disabling the mod the problem disappeared. If you are unlucky and the population decreased to Immortal difficulty where there are no backsaves, open the save through a text editor, and through search (ctrl + F) find the value: Population. Change it as you wish, your sect has an index "-1" at the end, do not forget to change the TOTAL population of the city.
Would it be possible to increase the font size of the skills displayed please ? My eyes would love you for it ^.^
Ability Rating is calculated based off Skill Level, relevant stats and other bonuses. It's more useful seeing Skill Level because some skills cannot change (like Qi Sense and Battle), whereas Ability Rating can go up as stats increase.
TL,DR: This mod does not break your game, it just shows you different, more relevant information. Oh, and "Manual" = "Crafting" (Manual is what it's called internally in game files)
