A placeable that "collects" nearby decoration placeables and combines them into one.
Allow packing and unpacking of placeables on-the fly.

Improves server performance by reducing the number of individual placeable actors.
Improves client performance by using instanced static meshes for drawing.

To unpack all items, hold the Interact-Key (default E) on the 'ADC Placeable' object and select "unpack all".
To unpack indivudual items, holt the Interact-Key on the Object you want to unpack and choose "Interact".

This is supposed to work with any STATIC decoration item, however it uses a whitelist for now.

Does (currently) NOT support:
- skeletal meshes (like most flags)
- most stuff with specific interactions like doors, hatches, torches, instruments, traps etc.
- particles, lights etc.
