Meteor Light Drop Pod

The rise of teleportation blocking technology in current conflicts has seen the atoms of countless unfortunate marines scattered to the cosmic winds. This has prompted a regression to more archaic forms of battlefield insertion. The meteor light drop pod can rapidly deliver an elite squad of marines from orbit to the battlefield with often devastating effect. The shock value of a drop pod assault should never be underestimated, with many commanders employing the terror tactic of dropping their payload of meteors directly on top of an enemy position, allowing the dazed, concussed enemy combatants to be easily mopped up by the pods payload of marines.
The meteor can carry 4 marines and features a teleport pad so that the initial attack can be easily reinforced once the teleport blocker has been disabled.
