Description
Welcome to Darks Technologies!
A weaponpack by Dark_slayer3000!
Mod is found in the "combat" section ingame ;)
I haven't worked on this mod for a while but when Synergy covers it, yall get some sweet updates <3

This mod adds 2 new tech structures, four new devices,
7 new guns and 17 upgrades for those guns! :D
It also mods commanders, a constand change being passive recource gain during a commander active ability :p
Firebeam is also supported with most projectiles!

New devices:
Loan: Upgrade a mine to instandly gain 200 metal, but disable the mine for a minute loosing 240 metal!
Dark Store: Store as much as 5 Stores, but needs to be on the ground.
Dark Battery: Store as much as 5 Batteries, but also needs to be on the ground :D
Thermal Generator(+upgrade): Got some mine space and don´t like your turbines getting shot? Try this energy alternative today! You can change it to a mine with "u" anytime ;)

New tech:

Arsenal_lab:
unlocks Raygun
unlocks Armored missile (a.m.)
unlocks Hullbreaker

Tech_silo:
unlocks Plasma thrower (p.thrower)
unlocks Plasma concentrator (concentrator/p.con)
unlocks construction site (con. site)


Weapon descriptions:

Repair Dispenser: A support weapon capable of healing forts around it for 20 seconds each burst!
Can be build on huge slants to heal teammate
Downside: Expensive to fire
Metal Dispenser: A support weapon that can transfer metal quickly to your teammates.
Don´t shoot it at enemies eventhough it's funny.
Energy Dispenser: A support weapon that can transfer lots of energy quickly to your mates,
to help them fire of their expensive guns with your access energy.

These support guns incourage teamplay and are very good for advanced cooperation.

Arsenal lab:
Raygun: A reliable and precise anti air weapon, can be used as a emp sniper.
Use: counter rockets and missiles, weak to lots of projectiles. Like swarms and mortar spam.

+Workshop
Bastion upgrade: Reliable defense with high anti air destruction. Has lots of HP
Use: counter everything explosive, weak to constand fire and wide spread attacks.
Has five minor upgrades to give it better niche use!
+Workshop and Factory
Bastion upgrade: Laser Bastion: Penetrates the hydra replicator missiles!
Also is just amazing anti air all around.
Has very low HP unlike the other bastions.

Armored missile:
Heavy missile that can survive 4 shots and moves around like crazy!
Use: bouncing it all around for some wacky explosions!
weakness: Rayguns and gunners are pretty good against it.
especially weak to the Bastion

+Armoury
Luftwaffe upgrade: this product of german science deals massive damage, more the longer it´s in the air so make sure to protect it and fire it from far away.
weakness: Getting shot down early makes it quite disappointing

Hydra Replicator upgrade: unstoppable, tanky swarm!
Use: Tanking a lot of AA :D multiplies the more it's shot!
weakness: It doesn´t deal much damage and has a capacity.
Cool little feature with it: when it hits ground, it releases bullets upwards and downwards.


Hullbreaker: The most simple gun this mod has to offer. Shoots in a straight line and does safe damage
Use: when you just wanna get rid of armor or doors. It needs to be replaced after 4 shots.
weakness: to everything that isn't armor, it deals half damage. Wich is still enough to ruin turbines...
oh, and it´s deflected by shields and stopped by sandbags.
A lot of commanders change how it works and setting it on fire with the firebeam is always recommended.

Tech silo:
Plasma Thrower: Flame thrower. Has a bit of a mortar arc and... Fire. FIRE EVERYWHERE!!!
Use: penetrate shields and set everything ablaze
weakness: has low health and explodes in a inferno. If you have them close togheter and one of them gets sniped they are all gone

+Munitions plant
Plasma grenade launcher upgrade: Mortar that has a lot of range and deploys a orb on its hit location.
You need to shoot the orb to unleash a inferno.
weakness: You need to combo it with other guns for true potential.
strengh: if your enemy shoots it down, everything gets set on fire :c


Plasma concentrator: Big orb go brrrr. Does insane damage and emp
weakness: Deflected by shields and super slow. Also doesn't interact with projectiles.
+Factory
Plasma annihilator upgrade: literally destroys everything in its path, but if you shoot it you can push it back a bit
weakness: Really slow and takes ages to upgrade. Weapon for super late game, use magna and firebeam with it.

construction site: a superweapon that gets build piece by piece. Peak projectile spam!
weakness: shields
also: every upgrade this guns bullets to less damage, at 4 they start being able to get shot down by AA.
However, quantity increases insanely much.
Also, any bullets do double damage against this weapon.
2: double shots- (Like scattershot active but messy code)
3: more bursts: Starts to do usefull amounts of damage
4: megagun: shots faster and faster, then slower again... Insane damage and firerate. a little of the damage can go through shields, projectile get shot down by AA now. 75 bullets
5: megashotgun: bullets are weakest here and get shot down aswell, but shields cant stop em and there are so many bullets! 128 in total :D

Future updates will include:
Currently not working on it anymore, will do more if I get some feedback about it.

Note: Personally, I don´t associate my mod with Tanya´s, but others occasionally do for some reason.
I do agree it is quite complicated because a lot of new mechanics are just thrown at you immediately.

Story:
European scientists made their own tech while moonshot was going on,
2 french and their team made the raygun and bastion, 2 germans and their team german scienced the armored missile, luftwaffe and rep. Then freds cousin came (he appeared thanks to freds dimensional portal he made accidentally by combining the fire beam and the portal during his absence in the moonshot campaign) and added the hullbreaker, made both science teams join forces and all 3 groups developed the Plasma thrower, Plasma concentrator and construction sites, sadly freds cousin left through the portal and the europeans did the storage buildings before quitting their jobs and going through the portal, closing it behind them. Later their works got popular 8 years after the moonshot arsenal was united (as most art gets popular after their creators die) while the plasma beam got reworked as the "ion beam" thanks to the owners of european tech putting a copyright on the word "plasma", the 20mm cannon was modified to surpass shields and the energy shield was upgraded to resist a singular cannon shell, at that time do the fort wars with this mod happen.
