This is a test project for a university. The other assets are listed in the collection in the description. It is not in private so that other people interested in the universitiy project can check it out.

firstly there are way more assets than the listed
but anyway, the scenario is impossible to solve since it's not like in the screenshot but exactly like your other, that User-Tutorial-Scenario with utterly wonky road layout generated automatically from a RL map & a low demand, so that there is no way to get from the 1300 people present to the required 20T in the first 5 weeks
if it's a work in progress, then put it on private
