Luckily it doesn't show up with your other edits thus far. Only other times I've noticed it was on the back of Warrior and Luger's shoulder. (in those cases its not really distracting)

It's really annoying because the head itself in photoshop doesnt have it. its like oin game the shin areas go green - really frustrating

Very noticeable are neon green patches on this edit's forehead and back of neck during gameplay. Is this something that you noticed and is it fixable/?
