Terraformer Desert/Arid Change

Description
The Desert and Savannah Terraformers were using the electric crystal color. I prefer the fire crystal, as in my opinion it fits better.

mee'n Anom were playign starbund and messed up with mods so he made Ocean Terraformer (Utility Item) after I suggested it
