Scottish Combine reskin

For those people who want Combine to be more powerful.

You may not be thinking "hmm what makes this so scottish." boy am I glad you asked.

Let's start with the combine Elite.

It has a Scottish flag in it's eye, "just like every good Scotsman"

The main base is a white and red tartan.

and the combine symbols have been replaced by scottish flags.

The combine Soilder is:

Douglas tartan for the base

and the scottish flag for the symbols.

The shotgunner is pretty much the same but red tartan. exciting I know.
