Description

For anyone looking to use this pre-refinery research, you'll need to modify the game's research ini file at steamapps\common\SovietRepublic\media_soviet\research\research.ini

Find: $UNLOCK_BUILDING_PRODUCTION fuel
Replace: $UNLOCK_BUILDING_PRODUCTION_2 fuel bitumen

the byproduct of gasification is also flammable sludge , so may i suggest to add a small amount of bitumen generation
