Description
Adrian Adonis wrestled for the WWF from 1980 until 1987, initially as part of the East-West Connection and later, the North-South Connection.

After teaming up with Bobby Heenan, he became "Adorable" Adrian Adonis, an effeminate gimmick meant to enrage fans the same way they hated Gorgeous George.

Adonis had his own talk show, The Flower Shop, and feuded with Roddy Piper, the host of Piper's Pit. The feud culminated in a hair vs. hair match, which was won by Piper.

Adonis sadly passed away after being in a car wreck in 1988.
