READ THE DESCRIPTION FOR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
A skill.cfg that tweaks the difficulty of the game. Also includes an autoexec with binds and the vanilla skill.cfg and autoexec.cfg

Installation: (I couldn't figure out how to upload a skill.cfg to automatically work with the workshop so this may be changed later)

1. Navigate to steamapps;workshop;content;362890;2370663172

2. Open rebalance.vpk using a program like gcfscape

3. Go to bms;cfg in the .vpk and drag skill.cfg and autoexec.cfg into the steamapps;common;Black Mesa;bms;cfg

Includes an offset and more powerful flashlight, tougher enemies and lower ammo counts
