Description
"Passing Through Boomer."


P. T. Boomer (Aka: Passing Through Boomer) is a character created for the "Thomas & Friends" movie "Thomas and the Magic Railway" however, was cut from the movie due to him being too scary for younger audiences.

The dynamite that he has (which he used to blow up a mountain while looking for Lady) is explosive, and a detonator on the side of it allows it to blow up passing vehicles.
