P2 Bladed hawk - prototype tank

The "Bladed Hawk" is a prototype tank that uses only rotating acuators for turret movement, which makes it somewhat more accurate than other tanks. I got the idea during a match of conquest but the name came from the "fin" on the back of the turret.
