Description
Deco inflatable orca.

Note: The game doesn't allow you to place objects on top of water, however- if you place scaffolding in the pool, the float on top of the scaffolding, and then delete the scaffolding, the float will drop on top of the water :) (thanks to Grefia on the House Flipper Discord for this handy tip!)

This was the tip I was looking for, unfortunately when I tried this on a Conann indoor pool, the scaffolding placed on top of the pool water. You can still create a fake pool with SubZero's Pond mod & stick the orca on top of that, or maybe a mod pool. Maybe the outdoor pools will still sink the scaffolding.
