Description
This pack contains:
- medium sized tank (1000 tons)
- small tank farm (3 x 1000 tons) – store 3 different liquids in one!
- large tank farm (6 x 1000 tons) – store 6 different liquids in one!

For the small tank version, please see the collection.

These tanks have a little less capacity than the base game tanks, but are taller, and therefore conserve space, especially when you need to store multiple liquids at the same time. The efficiency of scale (lower surface area) means they cost roughly the same per ton of liquid.

Remember that the base of the stairs is nearest the cargo station. This is the front of the farm, and it is the side with the text and highest throughput.

Yes, but storage doesn't pull from other sources unless there is a vehicle pulling at the storage. Everything will still work, but you might have resources "frozen" at other sources that way.

Can this tank farm be use to consolidate the output of multiple oil wells into one transport line?
Like five oil well lines connected to the input line and one output connection connected to a forwarding pump, whereby the output will drain all three tanks (or six tanks in the larger format).

I mean that one work around would be to add a special tank like in a pumping station, but then it only sends one truck at a time, and it crashes if the tank is too big. I am not sure why it does this. Hopefully the devs will just make the tiny adjustment necessary.

Just an addon info
I had two oil trucks in the DO
as far as I remember it even if both were in the DO bithumen was not triggered...
Both resources were far from. being close to 0%

I just did some quick tests and there were some interesting results. Not sure what causes this. The DO doesn't seem to like multiple tanks. I tried two work arounds, but both are less than ideal. One limits each resource to just one truck at a time because the DO will only send one truck if it thinks the storage will run out, and the other crashes the game because it is too big, apparently. If this issue arises, the best solution would be to use the cargo station because trucks will keep coming even if it thinks one truck will empty it. I hope the devs will make the tiny adjustment to avoid this issue.

If there was still an issue, I can't do anything about it. I probably can't control how the DO recognizes the building. Options are very limited to us right now. I'll test it again at some point and try a work around I discovered by accident, but I am not sure it will work.

So did I source set to 0 destination to various values (up to 90)
