Tougher Enemies

Description
Empowers NPCs on all difficulty levels by providing them with
- a 25% increase to physical armor
- a 25% increase to magic armor
- a 30% increase to damage
- 2 bonus action points
- a 0.2 m bonus to movement speed

Uh not that I know of, If the maximum health of the NPCs gets reduced their current health can't be higher than the result if I remember correctly, so it should be fine. All other stat alterations create no issues when adding / removing the mod from what I've seen.

Also just so you know, it won't do you any good to add a mod that alters enemy HP during a run - since it doesn't affect the enemies' current HP values, only the maximum ones. Any mod altering NPC HPs needs to be loaded before you start a new game.

It gives a bigger stat increase, but no bonus action points.
