Blue Nebula Animated Camo (M16)

This mod adds the m16 rifle with a sorta blue nebula camo, also i added something that you have to find for yourself and not part of this mod, yah know why not.

this particular camo is frustrating to work with, especially the way i wanted it to animate it, it wouldn't do what i wanted so if your sorta or really disappointed at this, i understand.

P.S The description is copy & paste with minor changes, Anyways this i think a request idk, I never been ask to make the same thing but with a minor change so yah, i think i count this as a requested mod by this person
