[VANILLA] NJ Transit F-40

Simple locomotive. Chair is ALT+E to sit in because a Half Life 2 chair upon exiting would launch you out the cieling. Num 0 to toggle the light.
This locomotive has THREE speed settings, each with a foward and reverse.
LOW - NUM 1 and 2
MEDIUM - NUM 4 and 5
FAST - NUM 7 and 8
