Idea Rebalance Mod

Description

Hello, here is my Idea Rebalance Mod.

Mod contain:
1) Six new idea groups:
-Production
-Logistics
-Plunder
-Education
-Professionalism
-Tactical
2) Total Rebalance of old idea groups
3) 88 new policies with own names (no descriptions)
4) Rebalance of old policies

Screenshots show bonuses with full DLC game. Some modifiers may change on vanilla version.
If you raport some bug/error, please inform me in comment section.

Don't worry, i know what is the problem and i will fix it so you will be able to run multiple mods with idea mod.

Well, I just tried it and it works (all dlc/no dlc). Do you use other mods? I guess it may be a problem.
