Adds a Second World War Australia into the game, under the leadership of the great John Curtin!

Fight Work or Perish: Declaring Friendship instantly spawns a Production building in your largest available City. Units owned by Declared Friends or Allied City-States grant Production while in your Cities' Borders and Experience to your adjacent Units.

Boomerang: Unique Australian replacement for the Fighter. Stronger and begins with Bombardment I, but receives only half the Fighter's usual combat bonus against other Planes. While at War, whenever a Declared Friend builds a Fighter, you receive a free Boomerang.

Independent Company: Unique Australian replacement for the Machine Gun. May Paradrop up to 4 tiles, and may attack twice when not adjacent to any units you own. While in enemy territory, it temporarily claims the tile it begins on as long as there are no adjacent enemy units.
