there are three common 12.7mm HMG in MiddleEast : American M2,Soviet DSHK and Chinese W85
many countries buy W85 to replace old DSHK
W85 and DSHK use the same bullets but W85 is cheap and lighter (only 40kg) , which means you can put it on motorcycles or even and you can only see this scope on W85
China copied DSHK in 1950s and named it Type54. (many countries have copied and changed DSHK in 1950s ) In 1980s they invented 3 quite different HMG to replace Type54: W85,QJZ85 and QJZ89. both two are in armed service in many countries

W85和85式重机枪关系不大，85式重机枪的外贸版叫W95。W85有个衍生型号非常常见，它就是88式车载机枪，从89坦歼开始的大型装甲车辆都用的88式车载机枪
做这家伙是因为模型可以套现成的，主体用88车载，脚架用QJZ191的，所以两天就做好模型了
比德什卡轻还使用相同弹药，还有配套的对空瞄准镜(有这个手电筒似的瞄准镜的十有八九是W85)，所以这家伙在中东能变的很常见
