Description
The Marauder Missile Cruiser (from Star Wars) was a refit of the original Marauder Class Corvette, replacing the turbolasers with long ranged Diamond-Boron missiles. This enables the Cruiser to unleash its full payload before the enemy can reply.

However, due to Diamond-Boron missiles being currently unavailable, this version has been retroffitted with Viper and Stinger guided missiles - while not as powerful, they are much cheaper!

If anyone can explain to me the new weapons, I would be very grateful (both missiles say range 30, yet the Vipers fire after a range 5 Kinetic gun...).

For anyone interested, the Marauder Corvette is a ship from the Star Wars expanded Universe.
