Welcome to the Wildgrove Bay. Based on the "Sunny Coast map theme and lut," a fantasy map with water & electricity supplied to the starting square. Leaving all the starting money for infrastructure.

Optimal for 9,25,81 tiles of game-play

- 4/4 on all roads
- 4/4 trains
- 1/4 boats
- 4/4 planes

Map Theme: Sunny Coast Theme (you can use any that you prefer.)

I also what to thank the modding community for all their hard work to make map-making fun and worth doing.

Any suggestions are welcome to improve the game-play for builders.

I un-installed all my DLC content and used the loading screen mode the trees where still their meaning the are vanilla. "Meaning the map is vanilla" and I learned something new today! Have at it vanilla players.
