this mod crashed my game, i can't even reload it.

Litcube, this mod hasn't been updated since those were officially added to the game. This mod really needs an update before it's going to work well.

Builders can't place windows or roofs from blue prints. They get stuck.

Seems the coordinates when saving the blueprint are offset by one on one axis, and on the finishing side of the capture, you need to add +1 for Z, X, and Y. Is this intended?
