Force Speed Limit on RAIL Vehicles without Engines

This mod overrides speed limit of RAIL vehicles without power.
You can set whether to apply to passenger vehicles, freight vehicles, and vehicles without cargo.
The speed can be set in m / s, km / h, or MPH and can be adjusted in 10 increments.

このmodは動力のない鉄道用車両の制限速度を上書きします。
適用するかどうかを旅客用車両、貨物用車両、積み荷のない車両それぞれに設定できます。
速度はm/s、km/h、MPHのいずれかで設定でき、10刻みで調整できます。

このmodはロード画面での設定を必要とします。
